New some are sharpened and some are not, I bought them this way some have the PC before the color and some don’t it depends when they were made and the manufacture, they are from the same company, there are others available in other brands. full size, if they had some damaged other than by storage like nips on the pencil and such they would of been noted. if you need pictures please ask and I will send some of the specific item.
