Brand New condition except for the first page which has been cleanly torn out but is included. All 30 sheets are included. The only fault is that the bottom right corner of most pages is a little wrinkled from how the pad was stored but that should be fixable. The third photo shows that the paper has very very fine transparency and a rough texture.
