Its stain killing properties check bleeding of water stains, smoke damage, wood tannin, and most graffiti. Formulated for use a primer for unpainted or already painted surfaces, a blockout for signs, and blocking out stains. Use to prevent bleeding of any staining pigments and as an undercoat for water and oil-based topcoats. 1 quart (32oz) can of white Prime-All.
