Derwent Inktense Blocks Derwent Inktense Blocks give all the brilliance of Inktense pencils but in a chunky block making it easy to cover large areas really quickly. Just like the pencils you can use the blocks dry but they come into their own when you mix them with water and the colour turns into vibrant ink. Once dry the colour is permanent and you can work over the top of it, also ideal for use on silk and cotton. Inktense Blocks are similar and at the same time very different from watercolours. They are both water-soluble and both create a thin paint, but where watercolour is subtle, Inktense in vivid. Inktense is also permanent once dried. Easy to blend colours, can be mixed and layered to create an infinite range of hues and tints. Firm consistent texture produces minimal dusting. Square shape is ideal for both fine and detail and broad, expressive strokes. So versatile they can be used wet or dry, or mixed with other media. Made in the UK. There are 72 colours available Dimensions: 7.5 x 0.7 x 0.7 cm.DELIVERY & RETURNSUK DELIVERYWe use Whistl, Royal Mail or Parcelforce, unless stated or selected otherwise. Please note, where the tracking is from Whistl the final delivery will still be made by Royal Mail. Whistl process parcels by size and location and delivery to the recipients nearest Royal Mail depot for final delivery. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Channel Islands, you will be charged the same as any other UK resident for most orders. For larger parcels (weighing over 2kg or measuring over 60cm in length) we will need to send by courier and may have to either ask for additional postage or cancel the order. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYStandard delivery is Royal Mail International (untracked) unless stated otherwise. Oversized items or items weighing over 2kg will be sent by courier. In some cases, we may not be able to send, depending on location and weight of parcel - in these circumstances we will let you know as soon as possible. RETURNSWe accept returns up until 30 days after purchase providing the item(s) are unused, undamaged and in their original state. Buyer pays return postage.
