GLO Effex Paint is a highly UV reactive invisible Transparent Lacquer based paint. Goes on completely clear and when subject to a black light emits a very bright illumination of the chosen color.These paints work best with a 365nm blacklight to excite the pigments. This can be a standard fluorescent tube blacklight or a good LED that is actually at 365nm. Any other nm range can reduce performance greatly of the paints or they may not work at all. These high quality paints have been used in a variety of theme parks, movie sets, haunted houses...etc. They are air dry lacquer based and therefore brighter and more durable than water based paint. These paints can brush on or can be thinned out and sprayed.
