Description: If plain old ink colors just aren’t enough, then give our Metallic, Shimmer and Sparkle inks a try on your next print.Tri-Flex 1100 Series plastisol screen printing inks are formulated for direct wet-on-wet printing of athletic and leisure garments, including T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Jerseys, Fleece, and Bandana Materials.Also great when used for the manufacture of plastisol transfers. All popular types of transfer release papers may be used to produce cold peel transfers. Hot Peel transfers can also be produced with the use of Hot-Peel paper.Uses: This is a multi-purpose general use plastisol ink.Recommended Screen Mesh: Metallic, Shimmer and Sparkle inks work best on 110 mesh screens and lower.Curing: 320° F TO 330°F depending on ink deposit, fabric type, ink color and dryer efficiency.Printing: Stir well before each use.Storage: Store at room temperature. KEEP AWAY FROM HEAT. DO NOT STORE NEAR DRYERS OR FLASH UNITS.NOTE: All colors are made without the use of lead or heavy metal pigments, are Non-Phthalate Inks, and are CPSIA compliant.Photo colors are for illustration purposes only.
