Each Starfire 1024 XSA (SG1024/XSA) print head contains 1024 independent nozzles arranged in 8 rows on a single nozzle board, with a resolution of up to 400 dpi. Can trigger all 1024 nozzles simultaneously. The StarFire SG1024/XSA has a compact and independent structure, which can handle harsh industrial textile and other application environments. Using materials that have been verified on site, it has high output consistency, long service life, continuous dual ink internal circulation, and a monochrome printing resolution of 400 dpi. The assembled single piece metal nozzle plate is designed to be wear-resistant and can be disassembled and replaced. This product is compatible with solvent, UV curing, and water-based ink formulations.
