Hardware - in the case of Printers we require the device to be unused & in its original packaging, this includes inks & Heads still being in their original wrappers - if you have loaded the ink & heads, attached decals or built the stand then we may still be able to arrange return, this is on a case by case basis and there will be a cost involved in the need for us to replace the opened ink with new units.
